Stillkin
Stillkin is a snappy 1-tap monster-catching roguelike. Small lonely creatures drift in from the dark. You catch them by timing one careful tap on a pulsing rhythm ring. Every run is 8–12 minutes through three biomes — each ending in a boss you have to actually earn.
What's in it
- 30 unique monsters — mushrooms, cosmic helmets, crystal shards, ghosts, cryptids. No two look alike.
- Precision-tap catching — the whole game is one tap, but the rhythm window gives a real skill ceiling. Perfect = instant catch.
- Rarity tiers + Stilled variants — Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary spawn dynamically. 1 in 64 are Stilled — a cosmetic shiny with a cold-cyan palette. A Stilled Legendary is ~1 in 6,400.
- Even a Perfect can fail — every catch rolls a secure-check based on rarity. Wriggle it free three times and it's lost forever this run.
- Three biomes, real runs — The Forgotten Glen → The Tideline → The Last Hush. Each ends in a boss at forced Epic+ rarity.
- Tension music that builds — no soundtrack files; the whole score is synthesized at runtime.
- Save resumes mid-run — close the tab, come back, your run is still there.
Tonal pitch
Most monster games are loud, busy, and full of fanfare. Stillkin is the silence between. Small lonely things in a big quiet universe.
Controls
Tap anywhere when the moving ring crosses the target. That's the whole game.
Coming in free patches
